This specialist role focuses on evaluating AI model outputs, authoring domain-specific rubrics, and validating technical workflows involving phone calls, english communication, customer service, captcha.

Project Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience in executive assistance, virtual assistance, concierge services, or customer support via phone.
• Fluent, neutral, and clear spoken English with strong improvisational and live conversation skills for US-based interactions.
• Place and receive phone calls on behalf of customers to complete tasks including reservations, appointment scheduling, and vendor confirmations.
• Engage with businesses and service providers, ensuring clear, professional communication to gather information and fulfill requests.
• Efficiently navigate phone menus, hold queues, and call centers to reach the appropriate contact for each task.
• Document outcomes and important details for every call interaction with accuracy and attention to confidentiality.
• Handle a high volume of short, consecutive calls addressing a variety of customer needs.

Required Expertise

• Core Competencies: phone calls, english communication, customer service, captcha, scheduling, appointment handling
• Confidence in making outbound calls, including cold calls, and efficiently navigating automated phone systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection, quiet work environment, and a quality wired or USB headset.
• Demonstrated background in the hospitality, restaurant, or travel industries; negotiation or escalation experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple consecutive tasks, and deliver high-quality service remotely.
