Partner with SMR Talent Collective from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, or Ireland as a remote Telecommute Virtual Assistant — Distributed Talent Network ($15 - $30/hour). This specialist role focuses on evaluating AI model outputs, authoring domain-specific rubrics, and validating technical workflows involving Administrative Support, Vendor Management, Operational Organization.

Project Responsibilities

• Own scheduling, research, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
• Maintain internal trackers, records, and operational information.
• Coordinate purchasing, vendors, shipping, expenses, and reimbursements.
• Support onboarding, team logistics, and ad hoc requests.
• Own gifting operations across our team and clients.
• Source gifts and manage ordering, personalization, shipping, and delivery.
• Track gifting budgets, recipient information, orders, and vendors.

Required Expertise

• High ownership, reliability, and follow-through.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Good judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Demonstrated background in a startup, technology company, or distributed team.
• Practical background using gifting, vendors, purchasing, or logistics.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack and project management tools.

Rate Structure & Remote Benefits
