This specialist role focuses on evaluating AI model outputs, authoring domain-specific rubrics, and validating technical workflows involving bilingual communication, ethical decision-making, cultural sensitivity, analytical evaluation.

Project Responsibilities

• Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in both Japanese and English for data enrichment and model training purposes.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to share perspectives and ensure holistic, effective solutions for diverse user needs.
• Document evaluation processes and findings clearly and systematically, supporting transparency and reproducibility.
• Apply bilingual communication to interpret and refine psychological assessments, ensuring fidelity across languages and cultural contexts.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in bilingual communication, ethical decision-making, cultural sensitivity, analytical evaluation, case study development, written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.

Required Expertise

• Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and English, with proven ability to navigate complex psychological terminology in both languages.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a track record of ethical decision-making.
• Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating nuanced psychological concepts between Japanese and English.
• Working knowledge of digital tools for remote collaboration and effective documentation.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments.
• Compensation Band: $100 - $200/hour
