Partner with SMR Talent Collective from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, or Ireland as a remote Telecommute Attending Internal Medicine Hospitalist, Acute Care Chart Audit — Digital Domain Advisor ($70 - $125/hour). This specialist role focuses on evaluating AI model outputs, authoring domain-specific rubrics, and validating technical workflows involving FHIR Records, History of Present Illness, Past Medical History, Rubric.

Project Responsibilities

• Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes for AI Training.
• Check whether clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record.
• Review inpatient documentation, including HPI, PMH, assessments, and plans.
• Follow clear guidelines and apply the same standards consistently.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information in medical records.
• Share feedback to help improve frontier AI reasoning systems and data quality.
• Communicate clearly with the project team about your work and findings.

Required Expertise

• Current or recent inpatient/hospitalist experience (within the last 2 years).
• Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
• Comfortable reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.
• Meticulous analytical precision and ability to follow clear guidelines consistently.
• Practical background using chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
• Experience working across different inpatient services or specialties is a plus.
• Compensation Band: $70 - $125/hour
