Partner with SMR Talent Collective from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, or Ireland as a remote Telecommute Employment Law, Workplace Compliance & Labor Relations Counsel (100% Remote Contract) ($100 - $170/hour). This specialist role focuses on evaluating AI model outputs, authoring domain-specific rubrics, and validating technical workflows involving employment law expertise, legal analysis, legal document review, issue spotting.

Project Responsibilities

• Active, good-standing bar admission in at least one U.S. state or D.C.
• Analyze employment law scenarios to identify key legal issues, assess risks, and apply sound legal judgment.
• Review model-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
• Deliver actionable, well-organized critiques and corrections to improve model-generated outputs.
• J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.

Required Expertise

• Available Openings: 50 open positions

• At least 3+ years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law.
