This specialist role focuses on evaluating AI model outputs, authoring domain-specific rubrics, and validating technical workflows involving JS/TS, AI-Native Engineering, End-to-End Product Ownership, Backend Architecture & Scalability.

Project Responsibilities

• A track record of building and scaling products in high-growth startup environments.
• AI-native mindset: You actively use AI coding tools (like Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) as part of your daily workflow and know how to get the most out of them.
• Experience taking products from idea to production and adapting systems as the business grows.
• Architect, implement, and scale full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Take full lifecycle ownership of platform features from initial concept through completion, from architecture to production.
• Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and performant frontend interfaces.
• Design and optimize databases, data models, and queries.

Required Expertise

Rate Structure & Remote Benefits

• Compensation Rate: $200,000 - $300,000/year (contract specialist remuneration)
