This specialist role focuses on evaluating AI model outputs, authoring domain-specific rubrics, and validating technical workflows involving US Law, Legal drafting, Litigation mastery, Case theory application.

Project Responsibilities

• Draft authentic litigation work product, including motions, briefs, demand letters, and discovery, in response to evolving commercial real estate disputes.
• Produce turn-by-turn deliverables under senior direction, mirroring the process of submitting drafts for partner review in real practice.
• Develop and document rubric items alongside your drafts, explicitly outlining criteria for strong responses to opposing counsel's submissions.
• Incorporate senior feedback efficiently each round, demonstrating adaptability with minimal need for redirection.
• Ensure continuity in case theory and litigation posture across multiple engagement turns.
• Identify and flag procedural uncertainties, missing information, or factual ambiguities needing resolution by the senior or team lead.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in US Law, Legal drafting, Litigation mastery, Case theory application, Commercial Real Estate litigation.

Required Expertise

• Minimum of 3 years' post-JD litigation experience, emphasizing real drafting, discovery, and motion practice (not solely transactional work).
• Proven background in handling commercial real estate litigation related to leases, transactions, development, landlord–tenant issues, zoning, or financing/security interests.
• Demonstrated ability to draft complex litigation documents under direction, specifically within commercial real estate disputes.
• Exemplary written communication skills in English, with strong mastery of legal register and analysis.
• Firm (BigLaw, boutique, or mid-market) experience and exposure to multiple matter types are advantageous.
• Previous participation in AI-based legal projects or federal court commercial litigation is a plus.
