Telecommute Postal Clerk — Digital Domain Advisor

Partner with SMR Talent Collective from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, or Ireland as a remote Telecommute Postal Clerk — Digital Domain Advisor ($30 - $45/hour). This specialist role focuses on evaluating AI model outputs, authoring domain-specific rubrics, and validating technical workflows involving Postage, Shipping, Customs.

Project Responsibilities

• Cover package tracking, missing or damaged mail, change of address and mail forwarding, and international mailing and customs forms in your rubrics.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
• Current, former, or retired USPS frontline experience (postal clerk, sales and service associate, or retail associate)
• 1+ years helping customers in person at a post office counter
• Working knowledge of mail classes, shipping options, postage, tracking, and change of address
• Able to start quickly and commit 15-25 hours/week

Required Expertise

• Practical background using international mail and customs documentation
• Experience handling missing or damaged mail claims
• Experience creating guides, FAQs, or training materials
• Experience helping a diverse range of customers, including rural and non-English-speaking communities
• Compensation Band: $30 - $45/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
