This specialist role focuses on evaluating AI model outputs, authoring domain-specific rubrics, and validating technical workflows involving Leadership & Team Management, Data Operations, Human Data.

Project Responsibilities

• Strong ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Startup and entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution.
• Own projects end to end, from pipeline framing and scoping through execution and delivery.
• Translate customer needs into clear, actionable project specifications for Health and Medicine workflows.
• Design and continuously improve domain-specific pipelines for usability, accuracy, quality, and scalability.
• Align Operations and Health/Medicine domain experts for rapid deployment.
• Set delivery milestones and drive a tight execution cadence.

Required Expertise

• Core Competencies: Leadership & Team Management, Data Operations, Human Data
• 2+ years of experience leading complex projects, operational workflows, or healthcare-related initiatives.
• Ability to turn ambiguous customer requirements into clear plans and execute rapidly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• Experience working with AI/ML companies, AI Labs, or data annotation/evaluation projects.
• Experience managing healthcare, medical, technical, or data-intensive projects.
• Working knowledge of clinical workflows, medical research, healthcare data, or other complex Health/Medicine workflows.

Rate Structure & Remote Benefits

• Compensation Rate: $400,000 - $550,000/year (contract specialist remuneration)
