Partner with SMR Talent Collective from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, or Ireland as a remote Telecommute Corporate Governance, SPA & Mergers Transactional Attorney (100% Remote Contract) ($90 - $130/hour). This specialist role focuses on evaluating AI model outputs, authoring domain-specific rubrics, and validating technical workflows involving Contract Redlining, Contract Drafting, Contract Negotiation, M&A.

Project Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve model performance and output precision.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess AI performance on contract tasks with rigor and consistency.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 2 years in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.

Required Expertise

• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Prior exposure to AI, legal tech, or training initiatives.
• Experience working with private equity firms.
